         While playing soccer at Pitt, I became the teammate that enjoyed going to the weight room after practice. Since then, it's been what I've funneled my competitive nature into. Fitness is generally really easy to quantify, which is why it can be so addictive once you start to see progress. It's also extremely important to form healthy habits now. We, as humans, are made to move. The thing is, once we stop, it's hard to get going again. I want to advocate for lifelong healthy living. This doesn't mean you need to Squat 500lbs. or run a 5-minute mile. It means the pursuit of goals centered around healthy habits.
