Each 8 week program comes with the Marshall Fitness Nutrition PDF. This is a document I created to give straight forward nutrition advice. The nutrition (and fitness) space is so saturated with incorrect information. This guide was reviewed by a Registered Dietician from the University of Michigan in order to ensure all information is correct. Each program also comes with an introduction with recommendations based on the individual.
