    I've met people who were once great athletes and are now out of shape longing to be able to do the things they were once capable. My athleticism is too important to me to lose. So I don't plan on stopping. I want to be able to go out and be as active as possible for as long as I can. I have never limited myself and you shouldn't either. The best time to start is now.
